Muqtadi (مقتدی)

This word is derived from Iqtida (اقتداء) which means to follow. So, Muqtadi is the one who offers obligatory (Farz) and compulsory (Wajib) prayers behind the Imam whether he/she joins the congregation in the beginning or just before the completion of the prayer.
