M’ujiza (معجزہ)

M’ujiza means miracle. It is an act which is of extraordinary nature and is generally surprising for a common man. This was shown by different Prophets of different times to proof the trustworthiness and truthfulness of their message. If an act of this miraculous nature appears at the hand of a pious Muslim person, it is called Karamat (کرامت) and if any act of this astonishing nature occurs by a sinful person or a disbeliever due to some spiritual practices is called Istidraj (استدراج).
