Hateem (حطیم)
Published on: 08-Feb-2025It is a semi-circular area adjacent to the Ka'bah that is part of its original structure. Praying in this area is like praying inside the Ka'bah itself. The Hateem was left outside the current structure of the Ka'bah due to resource constraints during its reconstruction by the Holy Prophet 
and the Quraysh.
