Ghar-e-Hira (غارِ حراء)

Ghar-e-Hira or Cave of Hira is located at Jabl-e-Noor which is located nearby Makkah in Hijaz. It the cave where Prophet Muhammad received the first revelation of the Holy Quran from Surah Al-‘Alaq (The Clot) and used to spend most of his time here before declaring his prophecy. It has a great significance in Islamic History and Muslims generally visits it to acquire Barakat from it.
