Bai Al-Mulamisa/Mulamasa (بیع الملامسۃ)

Lams in Arabic is to touch. Thus, Bai Al-Mulamasa refers to a sale in which a man/woman is obligated to buy anything which he/she touches it. It does not matter whether he/she has examined the product or not. It is Haram (illegitimate) in Islam.
