‘Aamileen-e-Zakat (عاملین sing. ‘Aamil-e-Zakat)

The word of ‘Aamileen is applicable for all those people who do or perform any act. So, the term, ‘Aamileen-e-Zakat refers to those people who are responsible for the collection and distribution of Zakat. They collect Zakat dues, supervise the collections, and keep accounts, and help in their distribution, irrespective of the fact whether they are needy or indigent; their remunerations are be paid out of the Zakat funds.
