Haiza/Ha’itha (حائضہ)

It is an Arabic word that, in the context of Islam, refers to a woman who is in a state of menstruation. During this period, known as "hayz" in Islamic terminology, a woman is considered ritually impure, and there are certain restrictions on her participation in certain religious activities, such as prayer and fasting. After the menstrual period ends, a woman is required to perform a ritual bath (ghusl) to regain ritual purity and resume these activities.
