Fasiq (فاسق)

It is an Arabic term used in Islam to describe a sinner or someone who openly and persistently disobeys the commandments of Allah and violates Islamic principles. It denotes a person who habitually engages in sinful acts without showing remorse or repentance. The testimony of such an individual is not acceptable in the Islamic courts.
